I know that 4 pounds isn't a lot, but it is a start. It feels good to get on the scale and see some progress. I had a good food day and that is half the battle. We went grocery shopping tonight and bought vegetables so that I can have something to munch when that 3:00 time hits. We got turkey for sandwiches, and some low fat yogurt. No JUNK FOOD!!
Keep up the exercising - eat good - have a good attitude!
