I did 10 workouts in the past six days.
A total of 8 hours of exercise.
I did something I haven't done before. I took a ZUMBA class. It was a fun class. I will do it again. There were lots of moves, that I didn't do quite right, but will get better the next time I go. My daughter went with me to the class, it was fun to do with her. I knew a couple of other people in the class, and that also helped to make the class enjoyable.
Exercise can be fun!
