
Day 3 of my new life.
I have done good with getting lots of water. I just have to fill my cup up as soon as it gets empty and have it sit close to me on the desk at work. I am trying to get most of my water in before I leave work. Then hopefully I won't have to get up too many times during the night.
I have gone to the gym 3 mornings in a row, and have gone back to the gym 3 evenings. Rachael has come with me. It is a boost to have someone come with me. A little encouragement goes a long ways.
My weight loss goal is to lose 2 pounds a week, and guess what, I saw when I got on the scale today. The first 1 pound gone. WOO HOO!!! HAPPY DAY!!! I know the weight will not fall off over night, but working at it each any every day, it will come off.
