I have been getting up at 4:45 am to get to the gym when they open at 5:00am. Then I can work out for 45 minutes and get home by 6:00 to make sure that Rachael is up and going for school. On "A" days Rachael has to be to school by 6:00 for Guard practice, so on those days, I make Rachael's lunch then go to the gym, and Richard takes her to school on his way to work.
But we now have A BUMP IN THE ROAD. Richard's work schedule is changing, he will now be working the 2nd shift, 12:30 to 9:00 pm. But we have worked it out. I still get up and get to the gym early, Richard goes to the gym after I get home, so one of us is here to get Rachael up for School. The good part about it is that I could stay at the gym for an hour now. Those extra 15 minutes will make a difference in the weight loss plan. I can burn some extra calories, every extra calorie burned will get me closer to my goals.
