The Fitness Center is doing a little challenge thing right now. It is called the 100 Day Challenge. Every time I go to the Fitness Center, I get a stamp in a little book. When I get 100 stamps I get some sort of prize. If you know me I love to get free things. So I have my little book and am getting my stamps every time I go. I have been trying to go twice a day, so my book is filling up. I am getting myself in shape and getting something for free. (It is probably something silly like a water bottle)
For the good or bad of weighing my self everyday, I am going to do it. I understand that my weight will do some ups and downs, but the goal is to continue in a downward trend. So I will keep at it, even on days when I get on the scale and is show me up from the day before.
The other thiing that I need to work on, is the WEEKENDS. I can't let that be a time to just eat whatever I want. I am able to go to the gym on Saturday, and I need to get better at that, right now, Saturday can't be a day off. So I will go to the gym on Saturday and eat good that day as well. I don't want to weigh myself every Monday and feel like what ever I did for the last week was a waste, because I weigh as much Monday as I did a week age. So here's to a better weekend nest week!
