Well, my intentions on Monday were good, I truly did mean to get the the gym Tuesday morning. Get back to the routine, but my body had other plans.
About 4:30 while still at work, my tummy started feeling a little off. I came home from work with plans to get something to eat and then go to the gym. I started to feed the dogs their dinner, and that was all it took, the smell set me off and for the rest of the night, I wasn't sure which end I needed to have hangin on the toilet. I didn't sleep well and still felt pretty off in the morning. I called in sick, I can not remember the last time that I did that, and never got out of my jammies all day. I laid in the bed and watched tv, read a book, and napped.
My wonderful husband made some homemade soup for dinner, and it hit the spot. I am feeling much better. So now I've had 3 days off from the gym, and the alarm is set to get back there in the morning.
Oh yah, the cold is gone as well.
Yes, sir, that scale says 211. That means I am down 8 pounds. Keep up the good work! I know that I won't always lose 8 pounds in 10 days all the time, but it is a great movatitor!
