Here it is Monday again. And me recommitting myself to my weight loss plans. Tha alarm goes off early 4;42 am., but that is the time that works for me. I got in 15 minutes on the ellipitcal before meeting my Biggest Loser group for an hour working in the weight room. It is HARD work, and parts of me are feeling it tonight. But I know that I have to do it to get the skinny me back out in the open.
I went back to the gym this evening and did a little jogging and walking, getting realy for my 5K. I am going to sleep well tonight. I am sore and tired and deep down feel good about it!
