I really have to be keeping track of what I eat now that I am working with the trainers. Anne, from my team mentioned yesterday that she is using MY FITNESS PAL, to keep track of what she is eating and how much exercising she is doing. I had registered on that site a few years ago, so today spent some time getting it set back up to use again. I have updated the weigh in's with all of the weight's I have done since January 9th. I filled in the food that I have eaten since last Friday when I started with the trainers. Anything that motivates me to eat right, exercise right and lose weight is good.
