Happy Leap Day!

It is February 29, 2012.  An extra day in the year.  I decided today was the day to try something new at the Fitness Center.  So I left for work at 9:30 hurried to the Fitness Center, changed into my gym clothes and hurried into the Cardio Room.  I had decided to try the TREADMILL CLASS.  WHAT A CLASS!?!
Wow - what a workout.  I only survived the first 30 minutes of the class, but I stayed for the rest of the class and just walked on the tradmill.  I didn't think I would be able to do  the running in the class, but I did!  I probably ran at a slower speed than the others in the class, but I did it.  I   learned that I can do more than I think.  I need to be stretching myself a little more expecially on the 5K training.

Becky, my trainer, worked me hard again this morning.  Lots of stuff in the weight room.  I asked her for a list of the things we need to do in the weight room when we are working on our own.   Starting next week we will only be meeting with our trainers one day a week, so I need instructions.


I weighed in a week ago today and decided I was ready to weigh in again. 
Weight - 207.8
Fat %  -  46.2
Fat to Lose - 43.4

So I have lost 5.8 pounds.
My fat % has gone up - which I don't understand.
And I have lost .2 pounds of fat.

Maybe I need to have someone explain the printout that I get from the weigh in.

Wish my scale showed as low as the one at the Fitness Center.  But I know I am slowly losing some weight, so it is okay.
